To be honest, improvement is not a one-time deal that you need to do once, and you're set for life. You have to keep learning and keep improving.
The simple answer is don't look for the timeline, just make sure you keep writing and improving. Along with improving, compare your first article with the 10th one. If you try to compare one to the second, then you might not be able to see the improvement at all.
What happens if you don't pay attention to your improvement?
My cousin is writin since 2017 almost 10 years. When I read the article, I couldn’t see much improvement at all. Yeah, he did some improvement here and there, but that is it. Now he has become arrogant. He thinks he knows everything, which is why he doesn't want to learn from others and improve himself.
